For the 2026 Modest Mouse North American tour, Lighting Designer Nathaniel Beckett created a dynamic and atmospheric lighting system that balanced intimate moments with high-energy visual impact. Utilizing Chauvet Rogue Outcast 2X Wash fixtures for powerful aerial washes and dramatic silhouette effects, alongside Elation Six Bar 1000 fixtures for pixel-mapped movement and scenic accents, the design delivered a visually immersive experience adaptable to theaters, amphitheaters, and festival stages alike. Controlled via a GrandMA2 Light console, the production emphasized flexibility, reliability, and expressive cueing that complemented the band’s signature live performance style.
