For Kerry King’s Summerfest 2026 performance, lighting designer Brian Lareau crafted a bold festival package that combined raw power with a striking geometric aesthetic. Built around 8-foot Tyler GT truss structures, the rig featured ACME Pixel Line IP fixtures arranged in mirrored “K” formations, creating a sharp and aggressive visual signature that framed the performance space. Robe MegaPointes delivered intense beam effects and sweeping aerial looks, while GLP JDC strobes and GLP X4 Bar 20 battens added impactful bursts of light, color, and dynamic movement throughout the show. The combination of angular truss architecture, linear LED elements, and high-output moving fixtures produced a commanding stage presence that perfectly complemented Kerry King’s high-energy, no-compromise metal performance at Summerfest.
