Overview
JRLX, Inc. supplied a major lighting system upgrade at Dickies Arena in Fort Woth, Texas. Working alongside prominent arena Lighting Designer Robert Sanders of RAGELAZER, we delivered a large-scale production lighting environment capable of supporting the professional sports, concert touring, and major rodeo events that Dickies Arena sees regularly. The installation featured Elation Proteus Maximus, Proteus Rayzor 1960, Proteus Radius, and Pulse Panel FX fixtures, along with Magmatic Thermatour 800 hazers paired with Antari AF-14 DMX fans for atmospheric effects. Control and data distribution were driven by a ChamSys MQ500M+ Stadium Console routed through a Netron sACN backbone for robust, modern networking performance. In addition to equipment coordination, JRLX worked closely with electrical, rigging, and networking trades while providing systems commissioning services and additional system architecture support, ensuring that Dickies Arena received flexible, and relable lighting infrastructure capable of today’s and tomorrow’s needs.
