JRLX brought new life to an American icon at the Radio Flyer Headquarters in Chicago, designing a bold architectural lighting system that celebrates the company’s legendary history. Over 100 Acclaim fixtures now illuminate the channel glass façade and the giant Radio Flyer itself. JRLX worked with renowned architects Gensler to design and specify a custom architectural lighting system that highlights the brand’s iconic identity.

Jason Reberski of JRLX specified a package of more than 100 fixtures, including custom “double red” Acclaim Dyna Drum HO units, Dyna Flood QA, and Dyna Drum HO 6K White fixtures, all strategically installed inside the channel glass façade to illuminate the legendary giant Radio Flyer wagon. The project also marked the first deployment of Acclaim’s ARIA Wireless control system, saving thousands in installation costs while delivering robust, flexible control. By modifying and updating the existing structure, JRLX provided a bold, energy-efficient solution that celebrates one of America’s most beloved brands with striking visual impact.
