Overview

JRLX was selected out of a pool of companies to develop, provide, and implement a complete stage and house lighting LED-based system for the Worship Center Flex Space at Christ Community Church on Bell in Lemont, Illinois. The system required needed to accomplish more effective lighting angles and more even illumination than the previous tungsten system, had to be zero maintenance, needed to contend with flying basketballs when the room was swapped to a sports gymnasium , and had to inferface seamlessly with the existing Lutron Grafik Eye control system.

Additionally, a house lighting system that was dimmable needed to be installed, as the room lighting itself was non-dimmable, and previously non-existent back lighting was required. JRLX opted for a complete ETC Source 4WRDII package of ellipsoidals and PARs to provide all of the stage lighting and house lighting fixtures, developed customized lighting cages to protect the fixtures, and coordinated with local electrical contractors to complete the job.
